TRIPLE 7's
Three segments of total body workouts, each one is 7 minutes long. The first is 12 Cardio moves timed at 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds rest in between. The second is 7 stations of strength exercises for 1 minute at each station. The third is 7 abdominal exercises for 1 minute each. Cardio, circuit, and core all in an one-hour workout.
