I've been training people at MYGYM since 2012. I have been involved in training and strength & conditioning for 12 years.

I specialize in Strength & Conditioning, Functional Fitness, and Youth Fitness.

 

WHAT CERTIFICATIONS DO YOU HAVE?

Exercise Safety Association Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Leader, New York State Education Physical Education and Health Education, Bachelors Degree in Movement and Sports Studies, Masters Degree in Physical Education Health and Recreation.

 

WHY DO YOU LOVE FITNESS/ PERSONAL TRAINING?

Fitness and sports have been a part of my whole entire life. I've always been involved in sports, coaching, and fitness.

 

HOW HAS FITNESS CHANGED YOUR LIFE?

I started working out at the age of 13 and still do it to this day. I love being active and helping people achieve their fitness goals!

 

WHY SHOULD SOMEONE GET PERSONAL TRAINING?

People should use a Personal Trainer to teach them a healthy lifestyle. Many people are unaware of how to incorporate fitness into their everyday lives. A Personal Trainer helps mold people into a well-rounded healthy individual. Fitness can have lifelong lasting impacts. We stress proper technique and gear people toward success in fitness and in life.
